Unfortunately I must leave a bad review or nothing will change with this store. I used to be a weekly shopper at this location. Staff was friendly and they usually had a great selection. Now I don’t even bother stopping at the Sutton store. Their inventory is limited to say the least and their staff have gone down hill. They all seem miserable. I spend my money at the Newmarket location on Leslie St. Always fully stocked and great people at the check out!! Great job Newmarket LCBO! Sorry Paul

Great selection of Kosher wines with a wide variety of prices/types. Great craft beer selection as well including some solid mixers/hard liquor selections...

The cashier was very rude. As soon as we payed she walked away without asking if we wanted our receipt then when I asked for a bag she rudely said “we don’t have bags like very other stores.” I don’t think I was supposed carry liquor out in public like that. I have been to many LCBOs and this one has by far has the worst customer service.

Always a pleasant experience at this location. They have a fantastic selection and a very large beer fridge/cooler area. The staff are what makes this place great to shop at. They are always very friendly, willing to make small talk and most importantly help you find what you need. I once had a staff member spend time helping me find the right items I couldn't find; came shopping with me! If I have to visit the LC I'll always do my best to head to this location in Sutton.

You know for a location way up in the Stix this store is very well stocked. I wasn't expecting to find my favorite sprirt as it is not very popular but this store had it! 😄 …
